Design Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled Design Specialist to create and review architectural and construction drawings, develop detailed space planning concepts, and ensure precision in drawing creation.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Architectural Drawings, Construction Drawings, and Drawing skills. They should also possess effective communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction, as well as a strong attention to detail and precision in drawing creation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to refine designs and update plans as required
  • Verify the accuracy of drawings to meet project specifications
  • Develop detailed space planning concepts
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Architectural Drawings, Construction Drawings, and Drawing skills
  • Experience in Space Planning and developing detailed design concepts
  • Effective Communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in drawing creation
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with AutoCAD software
