Job Description

The Commercial Manager will oversee end-to-end finance operations, focusing on revenue cycle management and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finance Operations: Oversee finance operations with a focus on the revenue cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts, monitor and track budget variances, and provide actionable insights.
  • Financial Reporting & Closing: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, and prepare balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
  • MIS, Audit & Compliance: Develop and maintain comprehensive management information systems (MIS) for informed decision-making, coordinate with auditors, and ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements and internal controls.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders for finance-related matters and provide commercial support to leadership.
