Finance and Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Finance and Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the finance and operations department, this individual will be responsible for managing business operations tasks, including CMS handling, data management, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day business operations, including CMS updates, data entry, and communication with internal teams.
  2. Prepare and share daily revenue and business performance reports with stakeholders.
  3. Ensure accurate financial records by updating accounting data and reconciling financial statements.
  4. Assist in accounts payable/receivable management and payment follow-ups with internal teams.
  5. Maintain proper documentation of finance and operations activities.
  6. Use data analysis to track, validate, and improve accuracy in reports and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations and/or finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to CMS/ERP tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
