Job Title: Relationship Associate
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meet sales targets through effective relationship building and lead generation.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with all constituents in the bank branch, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  3. Keep accurate records of referrals received from customers and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  4. Adhere to agreed-upon turnaround times for first customer contact and follow-ups.
  5. Approach at least 5 new customers per day to discuss life insurance solutions and cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Increase customer awareness about life insurance products and achieve targeted penetration within the branch's customer base.
  7. Drive the successful implementation of reward and recognition programs for bank staff.
  8. Regularly train bank staff on life insurance concepts and new product introductions.
  9. Achieve business target milestones, including AFYP/Blended premium and number of cases.
  10. Foster a strong working relationship with the Bank Branch Manager.
  11. Effectively generate leads and meet value/number targets.

  • Basic knowledge of life insurance products and services.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
