- Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets through effective relationship building and lead generation.
- Maintain strong relationships with all constituents in the bank branch, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of referrals received from customers and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Adhere to agreed-upon turnaround times for first customer contact and follow-ups.
- Approach at least 5 new customers per day to discuss life insurance solutions and cross-selling opportunities.
- Increase customer awareness about life insurance products and achieve targeted penetration within the branch's customer base.
- Drive the successful implementation of reward and recognition programs for bank staff.
- Regularly train bank staff on life insurance concepts and new product introductions.
- Achieve business target milestones, including AFYP/Blended premium and number of cases.
- Foster a strong working relationship with the Bank Branch Manager.
- Effectively generate leads and meet value/number targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of life insurance products and services.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
