We are seeking an accomplished Oracle HCM Technical Expert to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement complex Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (BI Publisher), and Extracts.
  • Develop Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Create custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored technical solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
