Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, media buying, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive measurable results.
  • Develop and implement efficient media plans with a proven track record of delivering 10X+ Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) in the EdTech sector.
  • Design and execute strategy-driven campaign execution using programmatic ads and media buying techniques.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to refine campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and report campaign performance regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic ads, media buying) is necessary.

Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data is crucial.

Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel is essential.

Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills are required.

Good communication and project management abilities are necessary.
