Project Coordinator Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and controlling small to medium-sized projects, as well as supporting the coordination of the SPM Continuous Improvement process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and control small to medium-sized projects
  • Support the coordination of the SPM Continuous Improvement process
  • Collaborate with other team members within the SPM Security, PMO and Governance team, as well as with other stakeholders from the larger SPM organization
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions
  • Develop solutions and implement them effectively
  • Communicate effectively with various teams and present findings
  • Manage projects, set timelines, and track progress

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in project management
  • Foundational certification level in project management
  • Proven exposure to process improvement and management initiatives
  • Positive attitude focused on collaboration, creativity, and a structured approach to addressing assigned tasks
