Job Title: Experienced Workday P2P Professional

Overview of the Role:

We seek an experienced Workday P2P expert with a strong understanding of procurement processes and administrative capabilities to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Workday Procurement modules, including Supplier Management, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.
  • Perform system administration tasks such as managing user roles, access controls, and permissions.
  • Create and maintain integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and provide integration troubleshooting support.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Workday functional and technical issues, providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to support business operations.
  • Contribute to system enhancement initiatives and process optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday techno-functional roles, with a focus on Procurement (P2P).
  • Experience configuring and supporting Workday Procurement processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday EIB for integrations.
  • Expertise in managing Workday roles, user security, and access controls.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in custom reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across both functional and technical areas.
