Job Title: Integration Expert

Description:

The Integration Expert will design, develop and implement integrations with internal and external systems using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, Connectors and other tools. They will also create advanced reports, dashboards and data analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of Workday data.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement Workday integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Create advanced reports including Composite, Matrix and custom reporting solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Develop documentation including report specifications, processes and user guides.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Strong background in Workday modules (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits).
  • Proficient in Workday HCM and have a working knowledge of Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report Writer.
