Marketplace Operations Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage day-to-day operations across major online marketplaces. This role will be responsible for managing the assortment lifecycle, tracking and improving style performance through data-driven analysis, coordinating with internal stakeholders for timely execution of product launches and inventory sync, and monitoring key business KPIs such as Daily Run Rate, GMV, and Return Rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assortment lifecycle – onboarding new styles, visibility, and exits
  • Track and improve style performance through data-backed analysis
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely execution of product go-lives and inventory sync
  • Monitor key business KPIs such as Daily Run Rate, GMV, and Return Rate
  • Work with platform category managers to plan growth initiatives and marketing campaigns
  • Assist in executing season launches and liquidation plans
