Job Summary:

">Corporate Event Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Event Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of corporate event operations, from planning to execution. As a key member of our events team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to determine event objectives and requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing event project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. They will also coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, equipment procurement, and transportation.

Additional responsibilities include managing event staff, ensuring effective event marketing and promotion strategies, liaising with external vendors, monitoring event budgets and expenses, and conducting post-event evaluations and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Degree in Events Management, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in event operation management
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
