Lead Generation and E-commerce Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on paid advertising and e-commerce growth.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up and managing Google AdWords and Bing campaigns, as well as a deep understanding of paid social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. They will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of the company's product offerings and conducting competitor profiling. Additionally, they will work closely with the team to provide daily and weekly status updates and ensure that conversion tracking and other KPI measurements are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and Bing campaigns by conducting target keyword research and writing relevant ad copies.
  • Managing and optimizing campaigns using a combination of bid and budget management, structural, keywords, ad text optimization, and creative optimization.
  • Managing end-to-end shopping campaigns, including creating feed files and working with merchant center.
  • Understanding creative requirements for different platforms.
  • Developing a strong understanding of the company's product offerings and conducting competitor profiling.
  • Working with the team to provide daily and weekly status updates.
  • E nsuring that conversion tracking and other KPI measurements are in place.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of PPC experience (Google Ads & Facebook Ads).
  • Experience working with e-commerce setup would be preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability and experience working with data.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Quick learner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail & performance driven.
