">About the Role">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our global team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and scalability of our technological infrastructure, making sure services are always available and running at maximum efficiency.

">Key Responsibilities">

  • Manage and monitor servers (Linux, Windows, cloud and on-premise) to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Administer environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability to support business growth.
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery processes to protect against data loss and cyber threats.
  • Automate administration processes using scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and other tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security, and conduct periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance.
  • Integrate and maintain monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix to provide real-time insights and visibility into system performance.
  • Collaborate with development, support, and security teams to optimize operations, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage access, permissions, and authentication policies (IAM, MFA, Zero Trust) to ensure secure and controlled access to systems and resources.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support in critical incidents, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (not mandatory if experience is proven).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a SysAdmin or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) and Windows Server, with experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid knowledge of networks, protocols, VPN, DNS, Load Balancers, and experience with monitoring and logging (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix).
  • Experience in automation scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform) and knowledge of system security and compliance.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), with excellent communication and documentation skills.
