About this Key Role

  • We are seeking a talented Systems Architect to spearhead our technology roadmap and drive innovation with Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Vision & Strategy: Define and maintain the overall technical vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Solution Design: Lead the design of high-level system architecture, including database schemas, application components, and service integrations.
  • Cloud Architecture: Design, implement, and oversee scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor development teams on architectural principles, coding standards, and technology adoption.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Champion and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve build, deployment, and testing efficiency.
  • Technology Modernization: Develop strategies for modernizing legacy applications and integrating them seamlessly with newer technologies.
  • Cross-Product Collaboration: Foster architectural cohesion and promote the reuse of components and services across product teams.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • GenAI Leadership & Adoption: Develop and execute a strategy for integrating GenAI technologies into our software development lifecycle and product offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in systems architecture, software development, and leadership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with GenAI technologies and cloud platforms
