Product Marketing Manager for Active Components

About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager with expertise in Active Components to lead the go-to-market strategy for product lines across India, driving growth through customer engagement and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers to expand market share for Active Components in India.
  • Build relationships with top industry players and identify prospective product lines for growth.
  • Conduct pre-sales technical discussions to understand client requirements and ensure successful conversions.
  • Position and communicate product value effectively to technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong interactions with principals regarding technology initiatives.
  • Manage sales processes, including negotiations and contract finalizations.
  • Drive marketing strategies such as trade shows to enhance brand presence.
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships within the assigned portfolio.
  • Act as a key interface between our technical application/sales team and customers.
  • Meet revenue targets, preparing accurate MIS reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is essential.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product marketing is required.
  • Recent hands-on experience in operations and/or marketing of active components is necessary.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering with end-to-end product development experience, from concept and design to prototyping and testing.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial.
  • Responsible, reliable, and responsive approach is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Agile and proactive work approach is necessary.
