Product Marketing Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong specialization in Active Components, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across R&D, sales, and senior management.

  • Develop, own, and execute the end-to-end GTM strategy for Active Components product lines in the Indian market.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the product portfolio, target audiences, and market trends.
  • Translate technical features into compelling value propositions that resonate with customers.
  • Closely collaborate with the national sales force to equip them with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to drive new business opportunities and support existing customer relationships.
  • Serve as the central liaison between the R&D team and the sales organization.
  • Provide valuable market feedback to R&D for future product development and communicate product roadmaps and updates to the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain a full suite of marketing materials, including datasheets, presentations, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and digital campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and refine our product positioning.
  • Drive brand visibility and thought leadership through strategic marketing initiatives, including industry events, webinars, and experience sharing.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong specialization in Active Components (e.g., semiconductors, integrated circuits, sensors, etc.).
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies that have led to significant business growth.
  • A solid technical foundation and the ability to understand complex electronic components and their applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across R&D, sales, and senior management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
