About the Role:

Are you an experienced Product Marketing Manager specializing in Active Components ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a strategic, creative, organized, and motivated marketing professional to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy for the company's product lines across India. You will focus on supporting existing customers while driving new business opportunities, collaborating closely with the R&D team and national sales force to maximize market reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers to expand market share for Active Components in India.

Build relationships with top industry players and identify prospective product lines for growth. Conduct pre-sales technical discussions to understand client requirements and ensure successful conversions.

Position and communicate product value effectively to technical and operational stakeholders. Maintain strong interactions with principals regarding technology and marketing initiatives.

Manage sales processes, including negotiations, tenders, and contract finalizations.

Drive marketing strategies such as trade shows and technical conferences to enhance brand presence.

Build and maintain effective client relationships within the assigned portfolio.

Act as a key interface between the company's technical application/sales team and customers. Meet revenue targets, preparing accurate MIS and client reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering .

Minimum 10 years of experience in product marketing .

Recent hands-on experience in operations and/or marketing of active components is essential.

Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering with end-to-end product development experience, from concept and design to prototyping, testing, and market introduction.

Skills Required

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
