Job Description

The Technical Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs.

This role translates business goals into scalable technical road-maps while coordinating cross-functional teams.

  • Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI and RPA solutions.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Partner with solution architects to select models and prompt-engineering patterns.
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.
  • Champion secure-by-design practices and ensure model governance and data privacy.
  • Establish KPIs and deliver regular executive dashboards.
  • Manage vendor contracts and budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6–8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.
  • Demonstrated delivery of GenAI-based solutions.
  • Hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  • Proven command of Agile and Scrum rituals; Jira and Confluence power user.
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
  • Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs across product and operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
