  • Manage the QA team's workload and provide support in resolving issues.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in software QA testing role.
  • Good analytical and logical skills to be able to think through the new application and strategise testing.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool.
  • Good understanding of Web and Mobile based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Ideally have experience with Linux environment.

Manual Testing, API Testing, Functional Testing, Web Testing, Mobile Testing, Comprehensive Testing Knowledge, Test Strategy and Planning, Automation Expertise, Web Technologies, API and Performance Testing, Database and Backend Testing, Version Control and CI/CD, Leadership and Project Management, Tool Selection and Optimisation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or computer science or a related field.
  • Certifications in software testing such as ISTQB or CMMI are preferred.
