Job Overview:

The Brand Lead will be responsible for driving the strategic development, positioning, and management of brands & Social Media.

This individual will play a key role in defining the brand's identity, social media strategy ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and overseeing the execution of brand campaigns that drive customer loyalty, engagement, and business growth.

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Define and execute the brand's short-term and long-term strategy to increase ROI.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Position the Brand: Position the brand clearly in the market and maintain competitive differentiation.
  • Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL).
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and internal teams to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Monitor Campaign Effectiveness: Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize based on data insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct consumer and market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Work with Regional Marketing Teams: Work with regional marking teams to ensure tactical campaigns are consistently performing.
  • Monitor KPIs: Monitor KPIs, track performance metrics, and generate regular reports on initiatives.
  • Measure ROI: Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns and ROI.
  • Track Brand Health: Track brand health metrics (perception studies).
  • Analyze Performance: Analyze marketing performance and ROI; provide reports and recommendations for improvements.

Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Develop Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives and drive awareness, engagement, and ROI.
  • Identify Key Platforms: Identify key platforms, target audiences, and content pillars to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to maintain competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with Design Teams: Collaborate with design, video, and copy teams (or create yourself) to produce engaging content—posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.
  • Maintain Social Media Calendar: Maintain a social media calendar that aligns with campaign launches, events, and key dates.
