We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Data Analytics hiring team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.">
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent in Data Analytics.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.">
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hiring for data management, sharing knowledge with the team.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

• 12-14 years of overall experience, 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring (particularly Actuarials, Catastrophic roles) and some understanding of analytics front (catastrophic modelling, etc)

">

• Team management experience of at least 4 years is mandatory

">

• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring.

">

• Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.

">

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

">

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

">

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

">

• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
