We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the overall management of human resources, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy, human resource management, coordination skills, recruitment development, payroll, problem-solving, corporate HR, employee relations, and analytical ability. A professional degree, such as PGDM or MBA, is required for this role. Additionally, 2-3 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.

  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve employee-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Corporate HR: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by maintaining open communication channels and addressing employee concerns.

  • Analytical Ability: Analyze data to make informed decisions about HR policies and procedures.
