Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Project Lead to oversee the end-to-end automation of sales and marketing projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding interns and specialists in building complex workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design and implementation of automation workflows to ensure seamless integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and other APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitor data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Review and validate outputs before sharing with clients.
  • Act as the primary client contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
