Job Title: Construction Estimator

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction estimating, with a strong background in quantity take offs, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost planning. He/She should be well-versed in contract administration, including Tender processes and vendor management.

  • Responsibilities include preparing and managing project budgets, conducting site measurements and analysis of rates and quantities, reviewing and verifying contractors' bills and variations.
  • Project cost control and record keeping are also key aspects of the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key skills required for this position include excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to effectively present information.
