Chief Innovation Officer

Drive AI-driven initiatives, collaborate with senior management to define the organization's AI strategy aligned with business objectives, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the innovation team and spearhead projects that enhance efficiency, productivity, and strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for AI implementation and develop a roadmap for AI deployment, considering technology trends, market dynamics, and organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop AI models and algorithms tailored to specific business needs.
  • Oversee the deployment of AI applications into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Communicate the value proposition of AI initiatives and garner support for adoption across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading AI projects or initiatives, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
