Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

The role of Senior Technical Lead involves overseeing the development of web applications, providing technical guidance and expertise in JavaScript, React, and Java. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing web applications using JavaScript, React, and Java.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to define technical requirements, estimate project timelines, and prioritize tasks.

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in JavaScript, React, and Java to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Java programming languages.
  • Strong experience in designing and developing web applications using JavaScript frameworks like React.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
  • Expertise in database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
