Area Manager – Agency Channel

The role involves managing and growing a team of insurance advisors to drive business in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of insurance professionals.
  • Provide timely product knowledge, regular training, and field support to the advisor team.
  • Motivate, mentor, and guide advisors to achieve their individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular training programs and skill-development sessions for enhanced understanding of insurance products.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and licensing of advisors as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Generate consistent business through the recruited advisors by driving performance and productivity.
  • Maintain strong market presence and manage partner relationships effectively.
Required Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or agency management, preferably in general insurance.
  • Proven track record in recruitment and development of insurance professionals.
  • Candidates from insurance, financial services, or sales background will be preferred.
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills required.
  • Must have a stable work history and target-oriented mindset.
