About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to champion development and integration standards, designing and deploying changes to Salesforce metadata, and ensuring designs adhere to best practices and are scalable.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce products and experience in enterprise-level implementations. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate a customer-centric approach, staying up-to-date on new features added to Salesforce products and aiding the business in regression testing.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 years of enterprise experience developing Salesforce.com products.
  • A strong desire to maximize native Salesforce functions and adopt scalability as a core design principle.
  • Experience in Service cloud implementation, object-based model, governor limits, async and sync processes, admin features, and object-oriented programming.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integrations, understand user issues, and articulate pros and cons of methods to achieve solutions.
