Key Responsibilities:

Project Management is a dynamic and challenging role that requires effective leadership and stakeholder management.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects within scope and agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, QA, and clients to ensure effective execution and resolve project roadblocks with agility.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement is crucial in this role.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to drive satisfaction and project success through clear communication and alignment on project deliverables.

Solutioning & Pre-Sales Support is also an essential part of this position.

  • Collaborate with the sales and presales team to define solution architecture and contribute to proposal creation.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years in implementation and management of Zoho modules.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, automation, and workflow design using Zoho tools.
  • Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and custom module development.
