We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our branch, driving sales, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Job Description

This Branch Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our branch, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high-quality service standards, addressing customer complaints, and implementing effective service recovery strategies.
  • Coordinate and integrate all functions and services within the branch, promoting a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and implement systems for smooth operation, monitoring efficiency, and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively, minimizing disruptions and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, associates, and government authorities, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
Fleet Management:
  • Ensure fleet administration adheres to company standards and policies, maintaining optimal vehicle condition and allocation.
  • Monitor and adjust fleet allocation to meet client requirements, ensuring a balanced chauffeur-to-vehicle ratio.
  • Verify that all vehicles are equipped with necessary accessories, adhering to company guidelines.
Sales & Servicing:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships to achieve budgeted targets.
  • Collect and analyze market data, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Achieve set sales targets, handling major complaints efficiently, and resolving issues promptly.
Finances:
  • Prepare annual branch budgets, closely monitoring fund flow and practicing expense control.
  • Track and manage receivables, ensuring timely payments and minimizing financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, submitting accurate reports and MIS to the Corporate office.
HR & Administration:
  • Oversee overall branch administration, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of competent professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular appraisals, monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintain ISO standards, adhering to quality assurance work manuals, and managing contractual employees.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Hotel Management degree.
  • MBA in Marketing or Finance is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 10-15 years in the trade, with at least 5-7 years as a branch head in a reputable car rental company.
