Responsibilities

The Assistant Branch Manager will be accountable for coordinating with headquarters on key initiatives and reporting on branch performance. This includes:

  1. Day-to-day operations in the location
  2. Resource management of hub for driver, gunmen & custodian
  3. Route planning, duty assigning and audit planning
  4. Implementing tasks assigned by managers in line with client requirements
  5. Ensuring timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing on the same day as intended
  6. Planning, administering, monitoring & performing operations in line with agreed SLA
  7. Carrying out surprise audits to ensure adherence of laid down processes by the team
  8. Assisting ATM Executive to collect, collate, record & report day-to-day operations in prescribed layouts to managers, corporate & clients
  9. Maintaining hassle-free operations by administering requirements available at operation time
  10. Roster preparation of crew as per route dispatch time
  11. Maintaining hardcopy of Takeover & Handover of ATMs
  12. Adhering all-risk mitigation procedures to avoid cash loss during operations
  13. Timely dispatching of route from Branch/Vault Office
  14. Following up with Vault officer/Bank Officials on issuance of cash to custodian for ATMs Replenishment
  15. Briefing team on assigned tasks, SOPs of operations
