Cloud Solutions Developer

About the Role:

We are developing a cutting-edge cloud-based solution to help merchants prevent Google Merchant Center suspensions. The goal is to automate scanning their store, fix policy gaps, and manage GMC feeds efficiently.

This is a hands-on role where you will lead the design and development of the entire product: Shopify integration, Google API connections, and a clean, merchant-friendly UI.

Responsibilities:
  • Design secure authentication flows using OAuth protocols.
  • Develop robust database models to store store data, policies, and feed configurations.
  • Implement scalable solutions for billing using Shopify Billing API.
  • Connect with Google Merchant Center Content API and/or Google Ads API for feed management.
  • Build automated syncing of product data between Shopify and GMC.
  • Ensure fast-loading app performance and scalability on cloud platforms.
  • Develop APIs for handling large merchant catalogs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with designers and content writers on policy templates.
  • Support QA and onboarding for pilot stores.

Requirements:

  • Technical skills: 4+ years professional full-stack development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, React/Next.js, GraphQL.
  • Experience building Shopify apps with OAuth, Billing API, GraphQL Admin API, Polaris.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Nice to have: prior work on e-commerce apps or feed management, experience with automated testing frameworks, familiarity with cloud platforms.
  • Soft skills: startup mentality, comfortable working independently, strong communication skills.
