Job Title: Business Analyst

 

We are seeking an experienced Professional with 5–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), focusing on manual discovery of Identity Provider (IDP) and API Gateway usage across applications.

  • This role requires gathering data from application teams, documenting API credential lifecycles, and supporting governance enforcement.
  • The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A good understanding of IDP concepts, API authentication, and credential management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, analysis, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members globally and engage with application teams across the bank.
  • Lead the manual discovery of IDP and API gateway usage.
  • Consolidate and govern collected information, building an accurate inventory of IDP/API usage.
  • Use questionnaires to capture details on authentication methods, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps.
  • Focus on understanding and documenting how API credentials and authentication lifecycles are managed across applications.
  • Process documentation, operationalization, and governance enforcement follow after this discovery phase.
  • Prepare for integration into a future centralized technical solution.
  • Collaborate with IAM architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
  • Support go-live activities, post-deployment troubleshooting, and periodic access automation validation checks.
