We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead cutting-edge projects in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management\
    • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers.\
    • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture.

  • Research & Development\
    • Design and implement deep learning and computer vision algorithms for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.\
    • Drive innovation in image analysis, medical imaging, industrial vision, and AI-powered automation.\
    • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and publications in AI and vision technologies.

  • Project Execution\
    • Translate business needs into AI-based solutions.\
    • Oversee end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.\
    • Ensure robustness, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
    \
  • Collaboration & Communication\
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (data science, software, product).\
    • Present results to stakeholders, prepare technical reports, and support publications.\
    • Represent the team in conferences and client meetings.

Required Qualifications

\
  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.\
  • 5-10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.\
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models.\
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and related libraries.\
  • Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms.\
  • Strong publication record or deployment history.

  • Experience in medical imaging, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial inspection.\
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.\
  • Strong understanding of data management, annotation strategies, and synthetic data generation.\
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
