Job Title: Plumbing and Fire Fighting System Expert

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing plumbing and fire fighting systems. The responsibilities of this position include producing concept designs, schematic designs, design development, and construction designs as per the architect's layout and client requirements.

  • Produce detailed drawings of plumbing and fire fighting systems, including waste, soil, rainwater, sprinkler, hose reel, and fire extinguisher systems.
  • Prepare shop drawings for submission and resubmission, including plumbing and fire fighting system drawings.
  • Source and prepare materials for procurement.
  • Communicate with suppliers to request quotations and technical documents, if required.
  • Take off bill of quantities (BOQ) for firefighting and plumbing systems, including sprinkler heads, pipes, sanitary fixtures, and other equipment.
Key Skills:
  • Expertise in plumbing and fire fighting system design.
  • Ability to produce detailed drawings and shop drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and project teams.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing projects and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 10-25 years of experience in plumbing and fire fighting system design.
