Job Title: CAE Simulation Engineer
">The successful candidate will independently handle and execute Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) activities, with a focus on component-level safety systems primarily steering wheels. Proficiency in tools such as Hypermesh, Abaqus, and LS-Dyna is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute meshing and simulation projects with minimal guidance and full ownership.
- Deliver quality results on time.
- Learn and adopt new tools, processes, and methods to execute diverse tasks.
- Support simulation activities across multiple teams for steering wheel projects.
- Take responsibility and ownership of personal deliverables and support team activities.
- Perform conclusive analysis of test and simulation results to drive improvements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Core Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering.
- 1-3 years of relevant CAE experience.
- Strong fundamentals, analytical ability, and engineering basics.
- Proficiency in pre-processors like Hyperworks, LS-Pre-Post, ESI tools, and Primer.
- Hands-on experience in Abaqus/LS-Dyna (Basic) – Implicit and Explicit Analysis.
- Good communication skills; strong team player.
