We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Expert to lead our strategic growth initiatives in India. As a key player, you will play a pivotal role in fostering alliances and partnerships with industry associations, key stakeholders, and relevant players.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and recruitment. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients within the industry, developing and executing strategies to onboard new accounts, and establishing long-lasting business relationships with our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- CXO Engagement: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers within client organizations to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions along with other value-added services.
- Client Acquisition: Drive sales and business development activities to achieve revenue targets by developing a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Alliance Building and Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships with industry associations, key players, and relevant stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process from client consultation to candidate placement, providing top-notch talent who are tailor-made for our clients' culture and growth stage.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities within the industry to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, and recruitment with a proven track record of success.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results-oriented sales and business development activities.
