About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in backend engineering who can take ownership of their work and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability.
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Design efficient backend architecture to ensure optimal processing and data management.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in backend engineering.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
  • Experience using Docker.
  • English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
