Highly Skilled EC Payroll Specialist

RapidBrains is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EC Payroll Specialist to support the pilot and rollout phases of global payroll implementations, focusing on EC Pay.

This role demands an expert in solution design, implementation, product management, service management, and payroll delivery. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing a new service, ensuring operational excellence, and driving product development while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather country-specific EC Payroll requirements and define a global vs. local data model, including EC integration.
  • Configure P2P Integration, UI Mashup with EC and EC Time, BTP Standard iFlow/Custom iFlow, and ALE integrations with other systems.
  • Set up EC payroll instances and ensure proper interfacing with other tenants.
  • Analyze and map CSRD reporting requirements for CPI Integration in the reporting system (currently SFA).
  • Collaborate with EC, EC Time, and various departments to design global payroll processes.
  • Train employees on EC Payroll usage, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide user assistance.
  • Create performance reports and conduct system analyses.
  • Consult on implementations/integrations with third-party payroll systems (executed by vendors).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and managing payroll systems.
  • Proven experience with global and country-specific data model setups.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • SuccessFactors Associate certification in EC and EC Pay (Professional Certification preferred).
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
  • Proactive, independent working style with the ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural, international environment.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of expertise required for this position.
