Job Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled Oracle Payroll Specialist to lead client calls and training sessions, provide guidance on payroll processes, and collaborate with our technical team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience processing and calculating payroll using Oracle software, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and consult on payroll policies, earnings, and deductions, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Experience in payroll processing, calculations, and compensation-related transactions, including garnishments and retro pay.
  • Understand client business needs to document required configurations within the Oracle Cloud Payroll module.
  • Recommend best practices for payroll business processes, workflow, and approvals.
  • Support clients with payroll-related conversion activities and tasks, providing detailed documentation as needed.
  • Create and edit test scripts for functional testing using Personas.
  • Maintain system-related processes and documentation, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll.
Requirements
  • Oracle Payroll Certification preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in overall payroll processing and calculation using Oracle software (on premises or cloud).
  • Strong analytical, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and mentor team members on project configuration and testing.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow.
