Mergen Partners is hiring Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultants for a leading client. In this role, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle Payroll module. Your work will ensure accurate payroll processing, seamless integration with other HR modules, and adherence to tax and regulatory compliance across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Configuration:

  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll to manage payroll processing, tax calculations, and benefits deductions.

Module Integration:

  • Integrate Payroll with Core HR, Absence Management, and Compensation modules for seamless pay calculations.

Compliance & Auditing:

  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local tax laws, as well as international labor regulations.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Design payroll reports for auditing, tax filings, and compliance tracking using tools like BI Publisher and HCM Extracts.

Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide ongoing support to resolve payroll-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

Tools & Skillsets Needed:

Technical Expertise:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management.
  • Configuration skills: Oracle Payroll setups, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Payroll Reports.

Experience:

  • 3–12 years of experience in Oracle Payroll implementations.
  • Deep knowledge of global payroll processing, tax compliance, and reporting.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent client management skills.
