Branch Operations Manager Job

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing performance metrics, maintaining business operations, and leading by example with effective span of control. They will network to acquire top talent from the market, ensure income exceeds benchmarks, and coach team members on management and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership for team performance
  • Maintain a self-goal sheet to lead by example and have effective span of control
  • Network continuously to get top performers from the market
  • Ensure team members' income in location exceed benchmarks
  • Counsel team members on management/sales skills and career growth
  • Connect with underperforming team members to re-activate them
  • Work closely with the training team to organize business development programs
  • Propagate opportunities amongst team members in the branch
  • Owning the induction and development program for new team members
  • Arrange/attend business events and seminars on recruitment, awareness, customer engagement etc.
  • Grow the representation of team members on Conventions, Clubs, and R&R etc.
  • Ensure desired business outcomes for the branch
  • Ensure business performance metrics within parameters for the branch/location
  • Deal with first level of customer & service issues
  • Deal with and escalate compliance issues
  • Responsible for business outcomes of the branch

Functional Skills Required:

  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Intermediate
  • Excellent verbal communication and/or Written communication
