Your role involves driving the achievement of company objectives in accordance with stakeholder requirements, ensuring effective commercial business practices, and promoting tangible operational productivity and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Develop and implement delivery plans that align with organizational goals
  • Contribute to the development of project strategies and ensure their successful implementation
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to drive project success
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or postgraduate degree in construction planning/management or project management
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies such as RICS, CIOB, APM, or ICE
  • Extensive experience in project delivery and leadership roles
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Leadership and management experience of large teams
  • Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of sustainability considerations and carbon management
