Senior Construction Manager

This role involves overseeing the execution of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with design standards and coordinating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, experience with Large Architecture projects and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Prepare and review project documents to ensure adherence to design specifications
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Proficiency in BIM software
  • Experience with large-scale construction projects
  • Professional licensure is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
