Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Asset Liability Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and mitigate liquidity and interest rate risk for the bank, identifying concerns and presenting actionable insights to management.
  • Prepare, review, and validate regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate on IT projects related to risk monitoring and management systems.
  • Enhance existing solutions through rigorous testing and provide expert input in developing new solutions.
  • Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory updates, and emerging trends.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Ensure adherence to RBI policies, guidelines, and circulars.
  • Drive commercial value from existing portfolios while adhering to RBI regulations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant banking experience.
  • Strong understanding of ALM, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
