  • We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Test Engineer to develop and implement test flows and methodologies for ASIC/SoC devices.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement manufacturing test requirements, including pass/fail criteria and product migration from R&D to high volume manufacturing.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring product yield, test time, and DPPM, as well as providing technical solutions for yield improvement and TTR reduction.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ATE platforms, IC design, and semiconductor physics.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Lab Equipment, knowledge of IC Test Methodologies, System Testing, and Communication Protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Electronics and/or Semiconductors, hands-on experience with Lab Equipment, and knowledge of IC Test Methodologies, System Testing, and Communication Protocols.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems with minimal data points.
  • Strong understanding of ATE platforms, IC design, and semiconductor physics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
