Enterprise SSD Test Engineer II

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Enterprise SSD Test Engineer II to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the setup, calibration, and validation of enterprise/datacenter SSD systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards while driving automation and efficiency in test execution.

  • Support engineering efforts for system setup, bring-up, and calibration of Enterprise SSD (eSSD) platforms.
  • Develop and execute test methods for Enterprise/Datacenter SSD firmware validation.
  • Analyze and interpret test data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of test execution and results.
  • Collaborate with procurement and installation teams to ensure timely availability, setup, and maintenance of test equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation with Python.
  • Strong understanding of test methodologies and validation processes for SSD firmware.
  • Experience in analyzing large datasets and generating actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with enterprise/datacenter storage systems is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
