Job Description:

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, a leading global financial institution, is seeking an ambitious credit analyst to cover a varied portfolio across the EMEA region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing forward-looking fundamental credit analysis on borrowers, annual reviews, and limit renewals, as well as supporting ad-hoc requests and periodic reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of EMEA corporate clients and conduct detailed due diligence on borrowers and industry sectors.
  • Oversee end-to-end annual renewal of limits and borrower ratings in accordance with the bank's credit processes and procedures, collaborating with Relationship Managers, Product teams, and Credit Officers/Approvers.
  • Perform covenant checks and provide periodic monitoring reports.
  • Prepare sector reports and event-based stress tests of the portfolio as necessary.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in fundamental corporate analysis, preferably gained in a bank, Global Capability Centre, asset manager, or rating agency environment.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience after post-graduation, with a focus on credit analysis in the context of transactions or events.

Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
