Investor Relations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Specialist to join our team in a voice process role. This individual will be responsible for direct interaction with investors, shareholders, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate communication regarding company performance and market updates.
  • Support investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Assist in organizing investor calls, earnings calls, and quarterly updates.
  • Maintain records of investor communications in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of information.
  • Escalate critical investor queries to the leadership team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in voice process or customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
