Job Title:

Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement local programs that align with global strategies for environmental responsibility, diversity and inclusion, and employee well-being.
  • Develop and execute initiatives that address local needs and priorities while remaining consistent with global frameworks.
  • Design annual plans for India, set measurable targets, and track progress to drive impact.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders in India to support the organization's impact agenda.
  • Collaborate with employee resource groups to promote employee engagement and development.
  • Coordinate campaigns, workshops, and events to drive awareness and participation across India.
  • Serve as a liaison between India and global teams to share insights and best practices.
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS TO ENHANCE THE IMPACT OF CSR INITIATIVES.
  • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Facilities to embed sustainability and well-being into workplace practices in India.
  • Communicate India's success stories through regular storytelling on internal platforms.
  • Provide and monitor local impact data and employee engagement results to inform global program managers.
